A: Masters in Housing Design is focused on developing expertise in the architectural design of Housing. The program will primarily focus on preparing architecturally innovative, thoughtful, and contextually sensitive housing designs.  The course also focuses on evolving housing types to reflect the social changes, technology innovations, building regulations, landscape strategies, land efficiency and climate response to inform and strengthen the quality of housing designs in urban areas.

A: While the MHD program focuses on the architectural design qualities of housing as elaborated above, the MUH program aims to provide applied knowledge about the local housing market, policy making, planning, design and technology aspects of urban housing and project formulation and monitoring, design and technology aspects of urban housing. The programme will impart generic knowledge related to urban habitat, knowledge related to the housing domain and tools and techniques required to analyse and apply solutions to urban housing-related problems.

A: In this case, we require you to please submit a letter from appropriate authority in the University that you will be giving your final exam, viva, submission in May and are likely to complete the Graduate Program before the beginning of our academic year. You are also required to submit mark sheets of all previous years and semesters. In case you go through both stages of admissions, you will be given a provisional admission that will be contingent to completion of your degree. You will have to submit all required documents before commencement of the academic year here.
