Stage 1 – Eligibility Check and Shortlist
The application will be scrutinized based on information provided/uploaded by candidate in the application form to ascertain that candidate meets eligibility criteria, and only the qualifying applicants will be considered for further processing. Based on this scrutiny a provisional list of shortlisted candidates will be published on the admission website for online interview.
Stage 2 – Online Interview
Qualifying candidates from Stage 1 will be asked to appear for an online interview with a panel of faculty members, on a given date and time. Candidates will be required to ensure appearing on time. (Requests for change of slot will only be entertained based on availability of slots).
Stage 3- Application Evaluation and final merit score
The final merit score of each candidate shall be calculated based on the following assessment criteria:

The consolidated merit order of the applicants shall be displayed on the CEPT website.
Based on the number of available seats, CEPT University will offer admission to candidates as per the merit order in the merit list. The candidate will be asked to deposit the fee and secure admission by the date given in the offer letter. After this date CEPT University at its discretion may offer admission to candidates on the waitlists in order of merit as per the availability of seats.
The admission procedure and assessment criteria are the same for national, international, and sponsored candidates unless specifically mentioned otherwise.

The seats for the sponsored candidates will be a maximum of 10% of the sanctioned intake of each program and will be considered as within the sanctioned intake for PG programs. Hence four seats out of 40 will be sponsored candidates.
