Studios: 3 to 4 studios will be offered each semester. These will be vertical studios i.e. students of both batches can opt for any of these studios. The studios offering will be curated to include a diverse range of topics and issues ranging from the speculative to the pragmatic. Studios will also address different approaches to design e.g. flexibility, parametricism, systems thinking, affordability.

Mandatory courses: 3-4 mandatory courses will be offered each semester. These courses will be open to students from both batches. Like the studios, the courses will be curated to offer a diverse range of insights into housing e.g. history of housing design, regulations in housing, notions of domesticity, housing systems, flexibility in housing, key texts in housing, housing case studies, housing and society.

Electives: Students can opt to earn their elective credits during the semester or during summer winter schools. General electives are offered at the University level and include a diverse range of disciplines like fine arts, liberal studies, culture and society; as well as electives dealing with topics related to the five Faculties at CEPT University.
