Yes, the student can apply for multiple programs, provided he/she fulfil the eligibility criteria.
A student may receive more than one offer of admission depending on the number of programs they have applied to. However, they may accept only one offer at a time. If they later receive an offer from their preferred program, they may request a transfer.
